Processing & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Charges
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders across India. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by all certificates and packaging.
Reach out to our team with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we'll provide return instructions and arrange pickup.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or engraved jewellery
- Pierced earrings for hygiene reasons
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Sale or clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
